Our Returns Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things need to be returned. Our return policy is as follows, please feel free to ask us with any questions.

Warranty*

We do NOT offer free technical support for any products purchased, we can however, service hardware problems under warranty(Apple, Lenovo ).

We will help you in any way we can for products under warranty, however many product warranties need to be handled between the customer and the manufacturer. Due to this we can NOT be held responsible for shipping, data, compatibility and other unforeseen issues that may arise.

*If a product carries any manufacturer money back guarantees, that is only between the customer and that manufacturer, therefore it is not the responsibility of the Systems Plus Computer.  

  • Unopened (Factory Sealed)
  • Computers, Software, Peripherals and Cables
  • We can return any unopened products within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified.
  • Unopened products will be returned for the current product value.
  • Any unopened products MUST be accompanied with the original receipt.
  • Opened Computers, Software, Peripherals and Other Items
  • We can NOT return opened items unless otherwise specified.
  • All sales are FINAL.
  • Special Orders, Non-Stocked Items, Special Orders are NOT returnable. Defective items will be replaced or repaired.
